beams, what's there to magnetise?

There will always be this kind of thing.
There is also an LP demsgnetiser,
Obviously not cheap .
Its funny you mention Russ Andrews.
Heard about his Superfuses?
Now, if a dealer sold this kind of thing
You could perhaps audition first.

Many years ago I saw a fuse repair kit being offered in an old magazine. It
seemed to consist of a couple of springs and various bits of fuse wire. You
clipped the clips on the ends and the wire underneath them I understood,
however no concept of fast or slow blow and how much it overstretched the
fuse holders is anyone's guess!
Why bother when any old bit of wire would do... grin.
