VAL MP-L1S on Hifi World ?

Hello,
I'm looking for some information on this tube preamp: VAL MP-L1S
....Supposed to be a clone of Marantz 7 circuit..I understand it was
reviewed by Hifi world some time ago...Anybody has this review or info
on this preamp ?
