Want to import a Personal CD player, can anyone recommend a supplier?

As all the personal CD players I've looked at are deliberately crocked by
the EU (and it looks like the same applies to MiniDisc players and iPods
too) I'm going to import a CD player instead. Is there a good online shop
which will sort me out with one?

Additionally, If I bought a player from the US, could I use an AC adaptor
from this country?
