Many years ago I saw a fuse repair kit being offered in an old magazine. It
seemed to consist of a couple of springs and various bits of fuse wire. You clipped the clips on the ends and the wire underneath them I understood, however no concept of fast or slow blow and how much it overstretched the fuse holders is anyone's guess!
