They look like Beyerdynamic DT-250 phones to me, with cable ties added.

I would guess probably some model of Beyers. The cream rectangular
ones they used to use years ago were the DT202 (of which I have a
pair) and the single sided version with boom mic was a DT109.

The 202's are particularly good at keeping out external noise without
pushing your brain out through your nostrils.

Interesting to any DIY'ers who want to drive them with opamps? Of
course more op-amps is always an answer.

In some Audix desks they did just that, a few OP amps drove the phones
and very well and loud too;!
