I know these machines ar'nt exactly Audio related but I thought some peeps
may be able to give some good advice here. The appropriate Home cinema group
doesn't get much hits unfortunately.

So I have a few questions I would like answered.

1) Is the DVD-A board in the 89 the same as fitted to the 27A?

2) Is the 27A really superior in sound and DVD playback over the 89?

3) When using the standard RGB scart o/p to a *standard* CRT TV without prog
scan could the quality be considered noticably different over something like
a Panny or Sony DVD player/recorder examples: RDR-GX500, RDR-HX900 or
DMRS85?
