Just got the new Trenner & Friedl ART monitors from Austria. These
little monitors are absolutely gorgeous with a rich cherry veneer and
a black Corian baffle. I'm still waiting on the stands but I have them
set up in a temporary configuration and they really sound wonderful.
While they look tiny, the cabinets are very deep, and they go down to
about 44 Hz at -6 dB. They're replacing a set of medium-sized
floorstanders from Vienna Acoustics, and the ARTs throw up a much
larger soundstage and go just as deep in the bass.

While T&F are just now making it to these shores, they're well-known
in Europe. The ARTs are relatively new...the serial numbers on mine
are 36a and 36b.

That is seemingly a sales pitch you are loading onto this group -
are you the Stateside distributor for those over-priced boxes?

You state "they go down to about 44hz at -6db" That is a dramatic
minus 6 decibels at a not very low 44hz that they roff off at!
So your subsequent claim "go just as deep in the bass" cannot be
true, it is just not possible with those specs!

If you are a genuine punter who fell for the sales pitch, ahem, well...
Corian is a product developed a long time ago by DuPont, it is used
for kitchens etc. For the price of those pair of boxes I could rig every
kitchen counter in Corian in a couple households for half the price
of those boxes and still get change!
So you bought into the sales pitch that as they sandwiched Corian
with MDF (Thats medium Density Fibre board) you fell for it and paid
the silly price for them? (This reminds me of the Neat Petite nonsense
but at least they were 20% of the cost - but still crap small boxes)
Elsewhere in this thread you post that each box has been hand
polished - one dosen't polish Corian, just needs occasional wipe with
a damp cloth, just like a kitchen counter.
I've cross posted this to a UK group, so if anyone can be arsed to
reply, in other group though it's not as knackered as this group there is
a bloke there in Scotland who can get frazzled about syntax/grammer etc.
So be careful.
I've uploaded another clip, feel free to comment and be as abusive as
you wish - I love it.

This evening I am eating a toasted sarnie comprising custard, crushed
smokey bacon crisps, sliced strawberries, and one mashed sardine.

PS. Who is snitching on me to YT?
