I think we call that a Qische in our country.
We spell that "quiche", but changing the spelling
still doesn't make it any more appetizing:-)
Actually, its properly spelled the same in both countries.

I prefer to make my own.
I prefer to let my wife do the honors. Not that I don't
cook, just that the quiche realm of foods is more her forte.
I can and do cook 'school dinners' (I'm retired, Swim's the breadwinner
here - female, Master's degree, 13 years younger than me, bright,
intelligent etc.etc.) but this 'packet sludge' has got me thinking it's
time for a Reality Check.
I don't 'stop for lunch' and I'm no 'foodie', but I think it's time to get
the Jamie Oliver/Marguerite Patten out.....
It's surprising how many audiophiles seem to enjoy cooking.
When it's my turn to host an audio-group evening, a quiche is often
my dish of choice. Simple to make and very appetising.
No junk food in this house. Delia Smith rules:-)
