Can you put some trunking in so you can pull new cable through?


No, it will go through too many corners to be able to pull. I'm not worried
about longevity or future damage as that's very unlikely as the cables will
be behind the skirting boards in a small chase.

My main concerns are 1) spending more than I have to & 2) buying cable that
will spoil the quality of the sound.
