Yes, as I posted there I was turned onto the 6em7 after hearing Darren
D's amp.

The little 6em7 set I had in a pile of bits on the floor sounded nice,
Fleety on this NG heard it and seemed to like it.

It would make a rather nice headphone amp for very little money.
